In recent years， with the increasing efforts in ecological environment management， the forest coverage rate has gradually increased． The rich wetlands and mudflat in Xiajin County have become＂gas stations＂ for many rare birds to supplement energy and recuperate． Wild birds such as Oriental white stork and green headed diving duck pass by here， and hundreds of swans stop and supply here every year．
近年來，隨著生態環境治理力度的不斷加大，森林覆蓋率逐步上升，夏津縣豐富的濕地、灘涂已成為不少珍惜鳥類補充能量、休養生息的“加油站”，東方白鸛、青頭潛鴨等野生鳥類從這里經過，每年有幾百只天鵝在此停歇、補給。
