夏津：好生態引來美天鵝
Recently， more than 50 white swans from Siberia have arrived at the National Wetland Park in Xiajin County， Dezhou City， Shandong Province， preparing to live and overwinter here． The pure white swans glide with their wings spread， lightly step on the water， or play and forage， forming a stunning ecological picture．
近日，山東省德州市夏津縣的國家濕地公園迎來50余只白天鵝，它們來自西伯利亞地區，準備在此棲息越冬。潔白的天鵝或展翅滑翔、或輕盈踏水、或嬉戲覓食，構成了一幅絕美的生態畫卷。
In recent years， with the continuous improvement of the ecological environment in Xiajin County， the National Wetland Park has attracted more and more birds to＂settle down＂ here for winter and reproduction． Since February 2020， 45 batches of 1175 swans， including big swans， small swans， and spotted swans， have been monitored in the Huijin Lake Reservoir and Jiulong Lake of Jiulongkou National Wetland Park in Xiajin County． Large numbers of migratory birds such as the Phoenix headed Submarine Duck， Red headed Submarine Duck， Reverse billed Sandpiper， and Cormorant have also passed through， while ordinary mermaids， red breasted mermaids， and spotted mermaids overwinter in the Huijin Lake Reservoir in Xiajin County．
近年來，隨著夏津縣生態環境的不斷改善，國家濕地公園吸引了越來越多的鳥類來此“安家”過冬、繁衍棲息。自2020年2月以來，在夏津縣九龍口國家濕地公園惠津湖水庫、九龍湖先后監測到大天鵝、小天鵝、疣鼻天鵝45批1175只，鳳頭潛鴨、紅頭潛鴨、反嘴鷸、鸕鶿等大批候鳥過境，普通秋沙鴨、紅胸秋沙鴨、斑頭秋沙鴨在夏津惠津湖水庫越冬。
In May 2020， it was detected in the education area of Jiulongkou National Wetland Park that the Aurora sparrow had settled down． In 2021， the national second－class protected animal Spoonbill was detected． In March 2022， the first national first－class protected animal， the Oriental White Stork， was detected； In July 2022， the activity of the critically endangered species and national first－class protected animal， the blue headed diving duck， was detected． We have rescued 2 first－class protected animals， including the Great Bustard， and more than 10 second－class protected animals， including the Eagle， Long eared Owl， Aurora Sparrow， Red Falcon， Black winged Kite， and Swan．
2020年5月在九龍口國家濕地公園宣教區監測到震旦鴉雀“安家落戶”。2021年監測到國家二級保護動物琵嘴鷺。2022年3月首次監測到國家一級保護動物東方白鸛；2022年7月，監測到極度瀕危物種、國家一級保護動物青頭潛鴨活動。先后救助國家一級保護動物大鴇2只、國家二級保護動物蒼鷹、長耳鸮、震旦鴉雀、紅隼、黑翅鳶、大天鵝等10余只。
The habitat of birds confirms the good ecological environment of the wetlands in Xiajin County． But behind this is the efforts made by Xiajin County over the years in continuous restoration and management．
鳥兒的棲息，印證了夏津縣濕地生態環境的良好。但這背后，是夏津縣多年來持續修復管護所付出的努力。
Water is the core element of wetland conservation and restoration． In response to the local climate and environment， Xiajin County actively explores various ecological governance models and implements wetland restoration projects in the northern periphery of the Huijin Lake Reservoir in the Jiulongkou National Wetland Park conservation area of the county． More than 200 acres of habitats such as shallow shoals， bays， forests， and grasslands have been transformed to create habitats for various birds to inhabit， feed on， and breed．
水是濕地保護修復的核心要素。為應對當地曾經的“沙丘地”，夏津縣積極探索多種生態治理模式，在該縣九龍口國家濕地公園保育區惠津湖水庫外圍北部實施濕地恢復工程，完成淺灘、回灣、林地、草地等生境改造200余畝，為各種鳥類營造棲息、取食、繁殖場所。
The former＇sand dune land＇ is now a safe habitat for birds． The good ecological environment and abundant wetlands and mudflat in Xiajin County have become a＂gas station＂ for migratory birds to supplement energy and recuperate． A large number of national protected wild birds pass through here． Every year， hundreds of swans stop here to supply， drawing a beautiful ecological picture of chasing＂Qing＂ and＂Green＂．
曾經的“沙丘地”，如今已是鳥類安然棲息之地。夏津縣良好的生態環境和豐富的濕地、灘涂已成為候鳥補充能量、休養生息的“加油站”，大量國家保護的野生鳥類從這里經過，每年有幾百只天鵝在此停歇補給，繪就了一幅追“清”逐“綠”秀美生態畫卷。
